1. Continue current level of Band Program Support, while expanding booster involvement to new parents and community members.
2. Participation in Chamber of Commerce Mixers, City Council, and School Board/CCHS Administration Open Forum Opportunities to inform greater community of CCHS Band Events and Program Advocacy.
3. Grow Booster Fundraising activities to involve new, year-round events.
4. Active participation in booster meetings for all E-board, Coordinators, and Officers.
5. Clear, effective communication across Band Booster Spectrum using Band Booster leadership.
6. Innovative ways to encourage new parent participation in band booster meetings on a monthly basis.
7. Use local media to promote band events on a regular basis.
