Game Nights:
- 5-6pm help students dress into uniforms
- 9-10pm help students de-uniform, bag & fabreeze uniforms
Spirit Booth - Game nights 5:30pm-9pm

- Haul goods to field, set up tables with wares
- Sell goods to the audience as they come through the gate!
- Sell cushions to the seated audience
- Take down booth & take to storage

Meal preparation, servers, & snack donations

- Plan meals for home games
- Arrange pot-luck meals
- Prepare food for home games
- Serve food to students 4-5pm
- Prepare snacks & sack lunches for other events
- Donate snacks & fruit
Band Awards Dessert Evening

- Arrange date, time & location of event
- Arrange menu and seating
- Arrange for trophies
- Co-orinate invitations with communication team
- Co-ordinate evening schedule with Director
- Set up audio/visual
- Include band officers in arrangements
Equipment, field helpers & fruit donations
Team Leaders - Jim Coulton, Zak Perkins & Eugene Conwright
- Help transporting band equipment via MB trailer to away events
- Help transporting large donations for garge sales
Home games 5-10pm
- Help to move band equipment onto football field via flat bed trailer
- Ensure water jugs are iced & filled
- Ensure the supply of paper cups
- Get donations of fruit for half time (apples or washed & cut grapes)
- Tie covers to bleachers
- Move equipment to field at half time
- Remove equipment from field after show
- Pass out water & fruit to students
- Return equipment to band room via flat trailer
- Clean up area after game
- Escort band & trailer back to band room at end of game.

Part of our mission is to be able to help other organizations in the community. The band students can benefit by helping others by gathering funds for the band program, and also listing these volunteer activities on their college applications.
